The Race to Replace Your Password Article

Passwords are required for almost everything and having a good one is important. Many people don't realize that making it so easy so that its easy to remember just makes it easy for other people to hack or access. Even I have been guilty of using easy passwords or using the same password for multiple websites because it's easier. With technology changing constantly it's important that you keep up with new information about security and passwords. I have noticed many sites actually require you to use at least 1 capital letter, 1 lower case letter, a number and some type of symbol to make your password better and give you a better shot at staying protected and keeping people out of your accounts. There was a great article called "The Race to Replace Your Password" on linkedin that you should check out. It also talks a little about biometrics and other types of security that could be part of the password future. Personally I would love some sort of fingerprint or iris scanner or something to protect my devices against other people accessing it and hopefully I will have that someday. In the meantime check out this the article here https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/race-replace-your-password-daniel-burrus?trk=mp-reader-card #BurrusBlog

Facebook Unlocking Dark Social’s Potential Article

I've seen plenty of television shows and movies where they talk about the dark web and other places that are there but hidden. People want to be able to communicate and do things without the whole world knowing sometimes and doing it where others can't see is what people do to make it happen. The article talks about how only 20% of stuff on Facebook is visible for everyone to see while 69% was untraceable. The invisibility is what is intriguing and what makes people want to be in on it. This article talks about the visible and invisible on various websites. Gurin Thermo-Electric Dehumidifier Review

This is a great little compact dehumidifier with whisper quiet technology so it's not loud and annoying. It has a 16 oz. reservoir with an indicator light to let you know it's on and when it needs emptied. It also has an auto shut off safety feature so when it's full it will turn off and you don't have to worry about it breaking or overflowing. The size is great for bathrooms, basements, closets, boats and campers. I love the low energy consumption so my electric bill won't be really high and it's CE and UL approved. It does a great job extracting moisture from the air and stores it in the reservoir. It comes with a 9v DC power adapter that powers it. It works very well and meets my needs. Because of the size it works best for smaller spaces so if you have a larger space you should purchase one for larger rooms. Overall it's a great product and I am happy with it and would recommend it to others. I received this product for free or discounted in exchange for an honest review. #dehumidifier Check it out here http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A1EGYHM?ref_=cm_rdp_product

Santamedical Mini Penguin Massager Review

I was excited to try this Santamedical Mini Penguin Massager which is a nice powerful massager. It has two speeds and weights less than 1/2 a pound so it's easy to take with you. It only needs 2 AA batteries to work and it fits easily in your hand. It's great for tires muscles, your neck and shoulders and face. You can use it to massage anywhere you can reach. It's a great relief for those tight muscles and is much cheaper than a massage. The intensity is great and there is a red light that is on when it's massaging. It makes a great gift or keep it for yourself. I love how its smaller so that you can carry it around in your tote/purse and it's not really loud when being used. Overall it's a great massager and very useful for aches and pains. I received this product for free or discounted in exchange for an honest review. #massager You can go here to check out more about it and purchase here http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A1H3YAE?ref_=cm_rdp_product

Titanium Spork

I love this OutSmart 100% Titanium Spork. It's a great quality and lightweight at only 0.8 ounces. It comes with a great easy-lock carry case with carabiner ring so you can clip in on anywhere. It's easy to use and practical since it's a spoon, fork and knife all in one. It's stronger than other titanium sporks and bend resistant because of the ridges on the edge. It's fingerprint resistant, scratch free, easy to clean and can be put in the dishwasher. The spoon has a great angular design which helps to reach into the corners of food containers. The knife which is on the side of the fork is safe for your mouth but great for cutting effectively. It has a high melting point of 2,372 F and it can be used over direct fire. It's great for camping, hiking, picnicking but is also great for work or school. I love that it's non-toxic and non-corrosive because it will last a long time and thanks to the lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship your set. Overall it's a great quality product and I would recommend it to others. I received this product for free or discounted in exchange for an honest review. #OutSmartGear Here is the link to purchase http://www.amazon.com/Titanium-OutSmart-Ultralight-Backpacking-Lightweight/dp/B016BEKRK6

Gen Z Article

Technology changes so quickly and so do what people want and need as they get older. We were so much less focused on technology than people are now. Smart phones didn't exist and everyone had a home phone. I find it much easier to get distracted with all of the shows, movies, social networking etc. thanks to the advancements of technology. I find myself feeling old because some of the things that used to be normal are uncool or have been replaced. I do still feel the need for vehicles and owning one is important and mandatory unless you live in a city with plenty of transportation options but renting a house is a much better than owning because you have more freedom. Jobs change just as much as people and being flexible is important. Spending has changed but I think that's because the price of things has gone up and you get less for more but if I had more money I would definitely spend more. This great article I read talks about some of these things and more and you should check it out here https://www.linkedin.com/today/influencer/48342529-Daniel-Burrus #BurrusBlog It's a great blog with new posts a couple times a week and many interesting things to read about.
