If you have knee pain and are looking for relief this could help. This is great for people who play basketball, volleyball, soccer, do weightlifting or anything where you are jumping up. It's breathable and durable with a silicon pad inside so it helps absorb the shock of coming down on your knee. If you are a plus sized person then you generally have more weight coming down on your knees so this could simply be helpful for that as well. I am a big fan of these storage boxes. This one has 36 compartments and removable dividers so you can customize the slots to be larger or smaller depending on your needs. I use these for crystals so I can keep they separate but they can be used for jewelry, fishing items, crafts and beads, screws, bolts, nuts, rocks and anything else that you can fit in here. It's made of a clear hard plastic so you can see through it without having to open it up. I like how durable this is because I'm not worried about breaking it or it falling it apart. You stick it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes and then apply it for 25-30 minutes. It is great for erasing blemishes and giving you a refreshed and rejuvenating feel. It moisturizes deeply and gets rid of toxins while helping with aging and wrinkles. It's also good for acne and blackheads which is great.
